The short version of how we work together.

Our service

ShipIQ receives packages at our Miami warehouse on your behalf and ships them to Jamaica for collection. Delivery times are estimates.

Shipping fees follow our published rates. Customs duties are set by Jamaica Customs; any estimates we provide are for guidance only.

We cannot ship items prohibited by US or Jamaican law, including weapons, flammables and illegal substances.

Packages not collected within a reasonable time may incur storage fees.

We collect the details needed to verify your identity, clear customs and process payments. We never sell your information.
