Q01How much does it cost to sign up?+
Nothing. Creating a ShipIQ account and getting your Miami address is free.
Q02How are shipping rates calculated?+
Freight is based on weight, rounded up to the next pound, plus a $1.50 invoice processing fee and $0.50 cargo protection per package. Use our calculator for an estimate.
Q03Do I have to pay customs duties?+
Items valued at US$100 or less are generally duty-free. Above that, Jamaica Customs charges duties and taxes. Our calculator gives an estimate — Customs makes the final assessment.
Q04What is a pre-alert?+
A pre-alert tells us a package is coming and includes your invoice. It helps us clear customs faster and price accurately.
Q05How do I know my package is ready?+
Your dashboard shows each package's status, and we notify you when it's Ready for Pickup.
Q06How can I pay?+
We accept cash and card at your selected branch or pick-up location. We also offer online payments via our website.
Q07What ID do I need?+
During signup you'll upload a clear photo of the front and back of a valid government ID. Bring the same ID when collecting.
